Thank you for subscribing to Bill Savvy. To ensure a transparent experience, please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Free Tier for Trial Use

We offer a free tier to all new users so you can try Bill Savvy before committing to a paid plan. You can upload up to 2 bills and explore the platform at no cost. We encourage you to make full use of the free tier to evaluate whether Bill Savvy meets your needs before upgrading.

2. No Refund After Purchase

Due to the nature of our digital service and the immediate delivery of AI-generated research and recommendations, all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed. Please make your purchase decision carefully.

3. Auto-Renewal

To ensure uninterrupted access to Bill Savvy, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle — monthly or annually, depending on your plan. Once an auto-renewal charge has been processed, no refund will be issued for that billing period. If you do not wish to continue, please cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

4. Refunds in Exceptional Cases

Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical issues or system failures on our end that prevent normal access to the service for an extended period
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a platform or billing error

We will review your request within 5 business days and, if approved, process the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
